My policy states that 24 hours notice is required for cancellation.  I do understand that emergencies and sickness may occur without warning, and I take these circumstances under consideration.

Late Arrival Policy

While I understand that traffic may cause delays, I must respect the time of each of my clients and ensure that my sessions start and end on time. It is up to my discretion to adjust the session times as needed. Generally if you are only a few minutes late, I can accommodate the schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the time may be deducted from your session. Payment in full is expected for the time that you reserved.
